Fitness isn’t the number on the scale. Fitness, for me, is the ability to physically do WHAT I WANT! I started my fitness life as a gymnast, cheerleader, dancer. In college I found the gym and took up latin dancing which lead to Zumba©. I can’t always make it to the gym so I “push play” on one of my many Beachbody© programs. I enjoy helping others explore their fitness and help find what works for them. What is your soulmate workout?
